Another user with a crashing app March 2016

I have used Hipstamatic for many years and think it is a great camera. But likes a number of others posting here, crashes upon opening; can no longer use it March 2016. I did start to wonder if it was the newly installed IOS 9.3 update perhaps, and not the app? When it works it is a particularly delightful camera.
