Classic Camera by Hipstamatic App Reviews

Im asked all the time how I shoot my photos. Learning how to use Hipsta took some time but once you got it, the combinations of file and lens are endless and photos are gorgeous. Thanks to wonderful customer service too when I thought I lost my pack in a iPhone disaster!

Ive been using the Hipstamatic apps for awhile now and I think they are some of the best designed programs on the App Store. Theyve created a world of endless combinations and options, intelligently laid out with beautiful graphics. When I had a small issue, Allan from customer service responded immediately and took care of the problem. Yes Im a fan and highly recommend this app.

Using an iPhone 6, 64gb, and constantly getting the cocoa error and my pics dont save. Pretty annoying. This happens about 4/10 shots. Other times it just crashes.

Hands down, favourite photo app ever.

The new "Live preview" mode does not work properly on the iPhone 5s. It shows a difference but not the lens and film chosen. Otherwise still one of the best non-post processing style cameras, Between this and the Retrica camera.

On iPhone 5s the app crashes on launch- please fix it asap- I cant live without it!

Take control of your pictures. This app adds atmosphere and nostalgia to ALL of your iPhone shots. Get the "Starterpak" first. The combinations will keep you busy for months! Lenses,film,and flashes all add something different. Save as a favorite when you get one you love. This is also the ONLY photography app a pro should have on their phone. Nothing better.

As the saying goes, every dog has its day. And that day may have passed for Hipsta fans. I recall a few years ago when they fired half their (skilled) engineering staff to "refocus". Well, it shows, and then some. QA is almost nonexistent, it would seem, and good luck redownloading your purchases if you delete the app and reinstall within 24 hours. Pity. They were the best.

I used to use hipstamatic years ago and recently decided to revisit it after bein a bit disenchanted with VSCO. Hipstamatic is fun. And I love that it saves versions of my files and saves directly to the photo library instead of having to import and have multiple versions of the same image to worry about. The filters might be a little aggressive for printing. I wish there was more subtlety.

I love love love this app. Some of my favourite shots are taken with this cam. Latest update shuts down when trying to view latest picture. Frustrating.

Hipstamatic had always been one of my favorite apps but the recent 300 release is a mess! Tries to go the new flat and dull design way of iOS complete with abysmally ugly icon. Cant download my hipsta addons anymore! Typical case of a ruined product for the same of churning out horrible updates that should not be!

I used to love this app and use that as comfy but lately it sucks. Plz fix those problems. I really miss using this app especially I like the foodies pack? preset. Love u

The app has become worse over time. Full of annoying pop ups. Slow, messy, confusing. The Devs through their greed have killed a once fun photo app. Deserves zero stars.

With one of the updates it stucked, it doesnt update, program doesnt open and remains in my appstores update section forever..

İt would be awsome if you could use the efects of the fims and lenses to picture from photo library. İt would be awsome if there was a list of lenses films and flashes to chose fastly. Thank you

Tinto lens does not work.

There should be an option to save the original photos. And a way to foresee the effects...
